Two And Three Day Group Wedding Packages
Be sure to check out our Sunday/Monday, & Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday packages for the best savings!
- Full use of the Inn and all 10 King bed, guest rooms and public rooms each night and day (starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival for wedding couple and finishing at 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure), (Want to bring in air mattresses and sleeping bags for kids? np.)
- Our famous 3-course Crystal and China served breakfast each morning for all guests staying at the inn
- Picnic lunch on your wedding day for all the guests staying at the inn
- Partial wedding planning services, which we do through our very customized 8-page wedding itinerary. We will help with suggestions for service providers and your timeline on the wedding day.
- Onsite ceremony with indoor back up
- Marriage commissioner
- Outdoor gazebo chairs
- Gazebo décor set up and take down
- Signing table
- Speaker for music and microphone for speeches
- Hostess on hand throughout your wedding day. Specifically, for coordination of the day’s events
- Delivery of favours to the rooms
- In house table décor including table linens, china, glassware, cutlery and more
- Afternoon coffee, tea and cookies, for all the guests attending the wedding

- Once the wedding package is booked, a complimentary two-hour wedding planning session with a 50% off your first nights stay at the inn and 25% additional nights (Sunday through Thursday night stays only).

With Our group wedding packages
You also have the opportunity, (with additional cost) of full catering, as much or as little as you want. This option is only offered to group bookings.

The Group Wedding Booking Stuff
Thanks for choosing to book your wedding with us!
Now that you have picked your Wedding Venue Buy-out package, here are some things to think about.
- plus, taxes and levies of 5% Gst, 6% Atl, 3% Dmc and service gratuities of 10%.
- (Gst~ Good& Services tax, Atl~ Alberta Tourism Levi, Dmc~ Destination Marketing Contribution)
- Additional guest food and beverage additions, 8% gratuity will be added to the above, mentioned service gratuity.
- A 15% booking fee will apply to all additional services organized on your behalf. The booking fee would not be applied to services provided by a Bear and Bison Inn.
- The service providers we use, have all done many weddings with us. We only work with the best local providers we can find based on availability and timings etc.
- If you have preference choices for service providers, we are happy for you to organize them directly yourself and we will either add or subtract the cost from your package price.
- We will work with you to plan the perfect wedding, your way, through our itinerary, that will be set up for your package and your dates, it is color coded and easy to work with.
- We will also make suggestions as needed to help your package fit seamlessly with weather changes, other guests and or other events happening that day
