10 things we need/would like at time of confirming:
Complete the wedding booking form.
This helps us get the itinerary/questionnaire set up correctly which is an 8 page document in the case of a “All Inclusive Inn rental Package” or with our Elopement wedding packages these itineraries vary depending on which package you decide is the right one for you, (2-5 pages) we will send back and forth to keep up to date where the planning process is at. Once the afore mentioned information is received, it usually takes only 2-3 days to get the initial itinerary set up, confirmed and sent to you. (With a cover letter explaining how the exchange of information takes place between time of booking and checking in, the whole idea being to make the process as easy and as stress free as possible).
Initial Deposit requirements are 25% of the package amount (pre tax and pre gratuity) and is fully refundable for first 7 days, if paid by e-transfer to info@bearandbisoninn.com (add 3% if paying by Credit card). Once paid the dates are yours, (we are unable to hold dates without deposit). For example, if the package was listed at $5980.00 plus taxes and service gratuities, the deposit is worked off of the $5980.00 at 25%, which equates to $1495.00
Pre-payment*** requirements are 75% of the package amount, (non refundable once paid) and are due 3 months prior to arrival. As an example, if the package was listed at $5980.00 plus taxes and service gratuities, the deposit is worked off of the $5980.00 at 75%, which equates to $4485.00
Final payment is due 30 days Prior to arrival (non refundable once paid) based on all estimated costs, excluding payments expected from guests for their rooms. (The goal behind this prepayment is to be as close as we can to the final costs, changes / adjustments will be taken care of at check out, whether owed or owing).
For weddings booked under 3 months, after the initial deposit of 25%, refundable for 7 days, then 25% (non refundable) is required every 2 weeks until payment schedule is up to date, with the afore mentioned payment schedule.
Payments can be made by e-transfer, cheque, Visa or Master Card. Please note additions, Subtractions, taxes and service gratuities will be factored in on the final payment.
If payment is by E-transfer, please ensure it is in Canadian Funds Email to use info@bearandbisoninn.com (auto transfer enabled). Please send us a quick email after you have made the transfer.
If paying by credit card, please feel free to call us on 1-403-678-2058 to advise us which card you would like to use. There is a 3% service charge for payment by credit cards and we accept either: Visa or Master card for Wedding celebration payments.
